He leads innovation, organisational transformation and digital solutions projects, connecting strategy, execution, people and technology. Throughout his career, he has coordinated multidisciplinary projects from diagnosis and planning through to implementation, managing schedules, budgets, suppliers, stakeholders, risks, indicators and deliverables. He has worked with national and international clients, in complex environments and on initiatives involving data, digital platforms and process improvement. In recent years, he has expanded his work in artificial intelligence, automation, data analysis and no-code tools, applying technology to improve efficiency, productivity and the quality of decision-making. He also created a fully AI-automated personal project using RAG, OCR and data analysis techniques. His approach combines strategic vision, analytical ability and a strong focus on execution, as well as experience leading teams, structuring processes and turning challenges into concrete, measurable projects.
